We welcome your international order. Our goal is to make your purchase as easy as possible. Please choose one of the three options for making and verifying payment.
- Send us a copy of the remittance portion of your credit card statement that has your name, address and account number printed on it. Submit this by fax to (617) 479-9450 or as an e-mail attachment to cheryl@big-tall.com. Once we establish an account with you we will gladly accept future orders without the statement requirement.
- Send a wire transfer from your bank to our bank. Once we have established an account with you, we will accept credit card orders. Our account number and routing number will be supplied at a later time.
- Use your American Express Card. We will only ship to your billing address.
Although we will attempt to verify through your bank, many international banks do not offer verification services. Thus, to expedite your international order, we ask you to help us.
- Make certain that the address you provide matches your bank’s billing records exactly.
- Always include your correct e-mail address on the order form.
- Include your bank’s telephone number with international dialing codes from the USA. This number is usually found on the back of the credit card.
Shipping Charges
All international orders are shipped via US Mail. This is the most economical way.
Shipping charges will be calculated at time of shipping. Once the shipping charges have been determined, we will put through a charge for that amount. We will email you the cost for your records.
All Duties and Taxes are your responsibility. Freight on returns will be billed to the customer.
